1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, installing, or utilizing the web products, mobile applications, and software integration services (collectively the "Services") provided by Dexotic Factory ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound entirely by these Terms of Service. If you do not abide by the entirety of these governing terms, you are expressly prohibited from utilizing the Services and must discontinue usage immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise explicitly mutually agreed upon within an enterprise service tier contract, the Services and all embedded source code, proprietary algorithms, database structures, functionality, and UI layer components (collectively the "Content") are the unalienable property of Dexotic Factory.

No component of the Service may be reverse-engineered, reproduced, re-distributed, or commercially exploited outside explicit permissions.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

As a condition of using these Services, you agree not to engage in any activity that:

• Violates any substantive local, state, federal, or international regulatory compliance measure.
• Attempts to distribute malicious payloads, brute-force algorithms, or intentionally degraded traffic structures via our systems.
• Falsely impersonates any entity or conceals your identity behind non-consensual proxy relays.
• Engages in unauthorized data scraping or reverse-lookup metric aggregations targeting our proprietary endpoints.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dexotic Factory, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be severely liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting directly from your access or operational reliance on our non-critical platform operations mapping.

We provide the underlying platform tier "as is," without any express guarantees regarding edge-case disruption events, beyond the SLA uptime standards explicitly outlined in any overriding mutual master service agreement.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing within the Services could include technical, typographical, or photographic artifacts. We operate an agile revision process and may change materials supplied under the platform scope without direct preliminary notifications.
